Shipping & Payment

We strive to give our best for our customers and we'd love to keep in touch with you. Please share if you're happy with your purchase. A happy customer always makes our day! If you have any questions or concerns, just contact us via our contact page and you'll get an answer within 24 hours or sooner, in most cases just within hours.

If, for some reason, there will be a delay in completing custom orders/made to order items, we will promptly leave a message for you. 

SHIPPING POLICY 

WE ONLY SHIP TO THE ADDRESS LISTED ON YOUR PAYPAL. PLEASE CHECK IF YOUR CURRENT ADDRESS IS CORRECT. 
If your order qualifies for free shipping, shipping will be via the most economical shipping option. Additional shipping charges may apply if your order partially qualifies for free shipping, but contains ineligible items.

If you need it sooner, please select from one of the other expedited shipping methods. We ship every business day as needed, and usually within 72 hours of the payment clearance or as discussed should there is a waiting time. Depending on the timing, shipping can happen the same day as the order. In many cases, we usually ship the next business day for READY STOCKS from Designer Series collection.

We ship both domestically and internationally, usually through US Postal Service and shipping insurance is available for an extra cost. If there is another shipping option that fits your needs, but isn't offered, email us prior to your purchase and we can provide suitable arrangements. Shipping and packing calculations are based on weight, size and distance, according to rates provided by the shipping service. Please note that the U.S. Postal Service does not guarantee shipping time (unless you purchase expedited service that offers guarantee), but they do provide delivery confirmation/tracking number if applicable.

Please add popnicute@gmail.com to your contact list. We always immediately send a confirmation e-mail of a purchase to make sure I get everything correct before shipment. Your timely response will determine the shipping time as well. Buyer is responsible for all duty, brokerage, and other costs associated with importing charges that may occur.

They're absolutely outside my control. I will however, ship your package as soon as possible within 24 - 72 hours of purchase unless otherwise noted.

International (outside USA): 30 days. 

PAYMENT POLICY

POPNICUTE HEARTS only accepts PayPal as a method of payment.

If you want to use your PayPal account, just select this option for your "Payment Method" and, after confirming your order, you'll be transferred to the secure Paypal site to login and pay for your items from your account funds.

PayPal can also process credit cards, even if you don't have a PayPal account, you can still select the "PayPal" option for the Payment Method. After Checkout, click PAY NOW button, you'll be taken to the secure PayPal site. To pay via credit card without logging into Paypal, click "continue" at the "Don't have a PayPal Account? Use Your Credit Card or Bank Account (where available)" question. This brings up the secure pages to enter the information to pay by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express. After making the payment, you'll be given the option of setting up your own free PayPal account; however, there is no requirement that you open a PayPal account when paying with a credit card.

If you're unable to complete your payment because of website error, please contact us. We can send you an invoice to your email.
