* READY TO SHIP ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE FOR STORE CREDITS. 

RETURNS POLICY:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're sorry to hear that, however, simply return the item to us in its original unused condition within 7 days of receipt for a store credit. 

RESTOCKING FEE: 

There will be a 20% restocking fee taken out of the total value of the product.
Example: If your order valued at $100, you will receive $80 in store credit. Store credit can be used towards future purchases at popnicutehearts.com only.

Returned items should be unused and unworn and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a partial refund on receipt in the form of store credit, excluding the original delivery charge.

 
PLEASE NOTE:
Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned within 7 days of delivery, unless noted otherwise. 

REFUNDS POLICY: 

Requests for refunds will only be accepted in case of craftsmanship defect. A full refund will be issued after the goods are returned safely.

RETURN SHIPPING & INSURANCE: 

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges will only be reimbursed when goods delivered show craftsmanship defect. Buyer can choose between a full refund or repair/remaking in such case. 

Please also note we will NOT issue a refund for an item if it is damaged during return transport. Make sure to ship the items back in their original packaging and sufficient protection against damage. Consult us if you need help. 

Returns/REFUNDS will be processed after the returned item is received. Please allow 7 working days for a refund to be DELIVERED.
